Super stay
Great location, very calm despite being in centre. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Comfortable rooms and very clean and fresh

Great location, good stay, but not 4 star service
The location is really ideal. I hesitated between this hotel and the Park Hotel, and in retrospect this was indeed the better location. It is overall fairly quiet considering the location, although we did hear some street noise.
Overall the level of service is lacking for a 4 star hotel. Some specific examples include: the cleanliness is average, the daily room service was mediocre (same debris remained on the floor for our entire stay, bath products not refilled, coffee machine not refilled), the cleaning staff has this routine where they have all the doors of all the empty rooms of one floor blocked open with luggage racks at once instead of doing the rooms one by one, and last but not least, there is no room service after 10pm.

Location and staff were great. AC was working great I would improve the cleanliness
The staff was great. Grenoble is a university town do lots of young people everywhere. Location was walking distance to everything. Rooms are small but the AC works great
